Infoshare’s Streetwise Professional is a unique data cleaning, matching and query resolution tool that enables users to clean and match any address data set from any application against their Land & Property Gazetteer, or an NLPG extract.

Our software also offers sophisticated yet simple to use diagnostic capabilities, allowing users to view and resolve potential anomalies and duplications within both the LLPG (or NLPG) or any data set that is being validated and cleaned.

Comprehensive “clean engine” provides high quality results by automatically enhancing your data: dealing with anomalies such as misspellings, alternative names, hyphenated words, substitute words, aliases, building and sub-building identification, ignored words and postcode correction.

The graphical user interface contains many features for handling data matching exceptions including sort and search facilities, easy analysis of and resolution of exceptions, additions of alias/alternative information and re-cleaning of data.

UPRN’s are assigned and appended to matched records in source data.

Users are able to set their own business rules, allowing flexibility on which level of address match constitutes a ‘good fit for purpose match’.

The re-clean function means previously processed data can be re-matched using only new and changed records. This ensures the LLPG maintains up-to-date cross reference links with data in other applications e.g. Council Tax, Electoral Role, Housing.

The Data Quality feature helps identify potential anomalies and highlights these in a fully interactive report. This allows LLPG custodians a comprehensive view of common problems in their LLPG.

Fully compatible with e-government initiatives, complying with BS7666, DTF 6.3 and DTF 7.3.

The property viewer improves anomaly resolution by offering an interactive graphical view of streets and properties
