Single View of Citizens – foundation stone of Master Data Management.
Citizen Data Integration underpins citizen contact or bringing together identifier data from back office systems to create an index with cross references back to source systems and source records . This gives users an accurate verified single view of citizens and Infoshare’s ClearCore solution has been successfully deployed by many local authorities for this purpose.
ClearCore is a data quality hub to which any number of applications, from any IT platform, can be linked and new data sources can be added at anytime.
ClearCore will facilitate cleansing, matching and linking of source data from multiple applications and enable the maintenance of those links through the generation of an index, This index will includes keys (cross references to source records) and the assignment of a unique identifier to each matched group of records. This index will therefore accurately group together all the records from each back office system that pertain to each individual.
Infoshare has teamed up with LAConnect to offer our clients the added advantage of a FREE open source method of communicating with ContactPoint.
LAConnect services consist of a suite of software components, initially designed to support Local Authority requirements in the area of Children’s Services - specifically connection to the DCSF ContactPoint system. These are being developed by Sheffield City Council together with Adaro Software.
