ClearChannel Entertainment generates millions of customer records from disparate sources including ticket agents, venues and websites.
They were looking for data quality processes within their central data warehouse, which will deliver increased confidence in their customer intelligence and allow them to analyse and act upon customer behaviour more accurately.
A member of Infoshare's UK partner programme, Blueprint, is a performance management and business intelligence consultancy working closely with ClearChannel to create a marketing intelligence solution, which will provide a consolidated view of their customers and support more focused marketing campaigns. Together they selected ClearCore from Infoshare. ClearCore will now allow the company to continuously analyse and validate customer data, correct errors and eliminate duplicate customer records, to achieve a single
customer view across all business areas.
